"Walking it you could tell it was dusty and the floors weren’t swept. We checked the bedding and one sheet had old blood stains and the bed cover had a huge spot of speckled dirt or an old stain. The bathrooms air turns on with the lights but you could immediately smell poop. The shower floor looked questionable and I wasn’t 100% sure the toilet seat was clean. The employees were nice though."

"I reserved a king bed room and they gave me a double queen bed room. Tried to fix problem at front desk twice but lady didn’t care at all! Had a room above us that was so noisy we couldn’t sleep! Mattresses were terribly uncomfortable! I couldn’t believe we had such poor service and poor quality mattress from a Hilton hotel! Will not stay at a Tru by Hilton ever again!!!!"

"Nice hotel with clean rooms, an indoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub. We drove here for a 1 night stay before our hike at Kanarra falls in the morning. The complimentary breakfast on a Sunday morning was nice. Even had an omelet station. We arrived fairly late at night so it was convenient that across the parking lot is a McDonald's. The pool was lackluster but my kids enjoyed it. We were on a floor with a lot of kids but it wasn't too noisy and we all slept well despite the beds not being particularly comfortable. But balancing aesthetics and convenience this hotel complete met our needs. We would definitely stay again when back in the area. "
