In the house: internet access. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 10 km, bus stop 6.6 km, rocky beach 10 km. Marina 13 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.  
"Pinia I", 2-room terraced house 33 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed and satellite TV. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: (steep stair) entrance hall with air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed. Shower/WC. Heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 27 m2\. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. #### LOCATION RUSTIQUE AGREABLE ET AU CALME A KASTELIR

Le propriétaire est très gentil et serviable. Nous avions crevé et le propriétaire a trouvé un garagiste ayant 2 pneus en stock, par téléphone. Ne connaissant pas le croate, son aide nous a été précieuse Les 2 locations ont chacunes leur table et banc ou chaises de jardin. A l' étage, chambre avec grand lit d' excellente qualité et salle d'eau avec WC. Cuisine/séjour au rez- de- chaussée Endroit calme et reposant avec un grand espace pour stationner la voiture et une piscine
