House "Marija" is a vacation rental situated in a tranquil and sunny location surrounded by fields, approximately 3.6 km from the sea and beach in Solin, Croatia. The property encompasses a spacious 4,000 m2 fenced area, boasting an angular heated swimming pool spanning 55 m2 (available seasonally from May 1st to October 15th). Guests can enjoy amenities like an outdoor shower, pool maintenance provided by the owner/gardener, internet access, a sauna, central heating system, and a washing machine. Parking facilities are conveniently available on the premises.

The property offers a private outdoor space of 4,000 m2, surrounded by a fence, providing a secluded and peaceful environment. Guests can indulge in the refreshing waters of the angular, heated swimming pool, which spans an impressive 55 m2 and is available seasonally from May 1st to October 15th. An outdoor shower is available for added convenience, and the pool is maintained by the owner/gardener, ensuring a pristine and enjoyable swimming experience.

There is also access to the terrace from this area. The house has four bedrooms, including one room with two bunk beds, accommodating up to 10 people. Another room offers a double bed, while the upper floor has two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and air conditioning, and the other with two beds and air conditioning.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house is well-equipped with amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. Air conditioning units are available in the living/dining room and two bedrooms on the upper floor, keeping you comfortable during your vacation. The kitchen is open and fully furnished with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob hotplate, three gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. Additionally, the property offers a washing machine for your convenience.

The house features two showers and toilets for added comfort. Useful facilities such as an iron and a hair dryer are provided for your convenience.
