« When I reached there I was made to wait saying some guests are about to check out and currently there is no room available ( I was told this which is totally unprofessional as I had made my reservation a week earlier). Also I was show room at different hotel in different location which I denied. During payment I was told that you have to pay first then only you can keep your stuff inside the room. I didn’t had exact amount with me that time and there was no option for card payment and I needed...

« au niveau du rapport qualité- prix, je dirai pas mal. Les personnels étaient vraiment aimables et gentils. La chambre n'avaient pas suffisamment de commodités mais tous dont on a besoin pour séjourner 1-2 jours. quelques bémols: 1) le wifi ne marche pas très bien et on ne peut se connecter qu'avec un appareil. 2) l'hôtel est mal placé pour trouver un taxi à louer. Mais l'hôtel vous aide à en réserver un si vous les informez en avance. »

« I liked the restaurant upstairs. Breakfast served dail and dinner to order. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Small fridge services available which meant you didn’t have to go and buy snacks. Water provided as well. Close to metro. »

« La chambre était confortable avec une bonne literie mais la vue de la fenêtre donnait sur un mur. Le restaurant était en travaux suite à un incendie ainsi nous devions prendre le petit déjeuner dans l’entrée de l’hôtel sur une table de salon, pas très intime et confortable. De plus nous n’avons pas été prévenu de ce problème avant notre arrivée, ce qui est anormal et aucune ristourne ou avantage dû à cet inconvénient. »

"Un très bel hôtel qui mérite ses 5 étoiles. Accueil efficace et avec collier de fleurs. Le club royal est remarquable et les mets proposés sont de très bonne qualité. La piscine sur le toit est grande. Le jardin Lodhi est à 10 minutes en tuk tuk et l'aéroport à 30 minutes. Tout était parfait!"
