"I have not been to many properties in Matheran, but I would say this is an ideal property for a fun vacation it is located over from the hustle and bustle of the city and you feel like you’re in the quiet hills cottage. The property is old, but very well preserved and staff is very courteous and very helpful. "Rooms were clean but we requested for breakfast at 8am as we needed to check out at 9am but breakfast only arrived at 9am and we couldn’t have breakfast as we were on our way out. We did pay for room with breakfast so that was a bit disappointing "
