"This place was more than what we could have imagined. Beautiful house and property. We stayed mid April. Fully stocked house, from kitchen/cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, and all the other amenities for daily living. The boat ramp on-site was a huge plus. A perfect pier for fishing, relaxing, and tying your boat. Also had a small cover on the property you can park a small boat under, or the garage. Mosquito repellent tubes were placed around the property, we had zero mosquitos the entire time. The screened in porch was very nice. Plenty of firewood and a nice fire area. Very secluded road and property, with no noisy or active neighbors. All around perfect property, highly recommend!"

"Did not use the fireplace, the kitchen was well stocked except a couple of things that was needed. I didn't find any wine glasses but we made do fine. The other was heavy duty big spoons for mixing potato salad. All minor things. The kids enjoyed the big screened in back porch."

"Our recent stay at the could not have been better. I have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties, and I cannot remember a more responsive Host. I sent several messages to the Host during the rental process, and the response times were nearly instantaneous. The directions to the Home were very well done as this site is a little tricky getting to. Upon arrival the check in process was seamless, the property was immaculate and just as advertised. Again, it is worth repeating, the Host is one of the best I have every worked with. Highly recommend them."

"Starting with the positive: The view and setting were lovely. It was very peaceful. The house has a great view of the river. The negative: Terrible communication. The host never provided check in or check out information and didn't respond to messages. They didn't provide a phone number, but VRBO gave me their phone number after the VRBO agent called repeatedly and got hung up on. They were about to try to find us a different place to stay since we didn't know how to get in, when finally someone answered and gave us the code. They also didn't respond to messages about checking out. There was no information at the house either, so we had to ask the neighbors if we were able to use the nearest boat ramp. The house was surface-level clean, except there were cobwebs in the corner, a nasty coffee pot, and dust and filth underneath the beds. The downstairs bedrooms, bathroom and common areas all have concrete floors with no rugs. There is no where to put clothes or personal items in the rooms -- nowhere to hang anything, no dressers, etc so we all had suitcases on the floors. Two of the rooms bedside lamps' bulbs didn't work. The kitchen had no towels or dishrags. There is NOT a screened-in porch as pictured and described. There is a porch but no screen. There is a nice fire pit with no seating whatsoever, not even any lawnchairs or patio chairs you can drag over, so bring your own chairs if you want to be able to sit around a fire. "

"Awesome place for a large gathering!! It's a house that keeps giving, space wise. Beds and pillows are super comfy, love the outdoor space and excellent proximity to the state park. The only negative was we had to mop the floors when we arrived. Highly recommend and we will be back!!"
