« Vi hade Margarita House som bas under 2 veckor i Kenya när vi gjorde safaris och utflykter till bl.a. Masai Mara, Crescent Island, Karura forest och Sheldrick Trust. På det sättet slapp vi släpa på alla resväskor och kunde resa lätt på utflykter och safaris och det var det värt alla gånger. Personalen är helt fantastisk, så hjälpsamma och vänliga. Mysigt poolområde och en välskött trädgård. Bra frukost och bra mat i restaurangen. Stort och rymligt rum som har varit rent och fräscht under...

« 房子坐落在内罗华的富人区，那一片全是大院子，人少车少很安静，有天早上出门，在院子里遇见好几只猴子。房东夫妇人不错，向我们详细介绍了房子各处及周边情况，入住的房子是院子里其中一幢，房东住在另一幢。我住那个房间比较大，有卫生间，和一个大阳台， 整体不错，但洗澡时热水有点不稳定。周边没有公共交通，uber很方便，要用国际版的uberAPP，中国版的不能用。 »

"Hôtel dans la banlieue de Nairobi, éloigné de l’agitation de la capitale. J’ai utilisé Uber et bolt pour me déplacer sans aucun problème et pour pas cher. Superbe jardin avec plusieurs endroits où se poser et profiter. Très jolie petite piscine. Petit-déjeuner sympa inclus dans le prix. Les tentes sont très bien conçues et les lits sont très confortables. Les sanitaires sont très propres. Tout le personnel est agréable et efficace. Par contre l’hôtel se trouve pas loin d’un axe fréquenté (genre autoroute) donc prévoir des boules quies. Mais franchement c’est un tout petit inconvénient comparé à la qualité de cet établissement. Je recommande vivement. "

"Let me take a moment to share my experience at this hotel. Initially, I had booked from September 2 to September 11\. I extended my stay for two more nights so a total of 11 nights at the hotel. First of all, the condition of the hotel. This is a very reputable hotel — beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, and the facilities provided were excellent. The gym, the swimming pool, and the 7th floor with its view over the city were all wonderful. I must be honest: I had a truly pleasant experience here. From the chef, to the receptionists, the cooks, the porters, and the pool staff — I sincerely thank you all for the outstanding hospitality you provided. For me, it was easy to build a good relationship with the staff because I took the time to talk with them, learn about their stories, and ask for advice on activities or places to visit in the city.This curiosity and approach allowed me to form genuine connections throughout my stay. A small situation occurred where I had to pay extra charges due to a mistake made by the kitchen staff. However, when I spoke to the manager (who is very competent), she immediately acknowledged the error on behalf of the hotel, ensured I was taken care of, and made sure the matter was resolved fairly. It was not a major issue, but I could see the effort and sincerity in wanting to make things right.I truly appreciated how seriously she took the situation and how committed she was to ensuring I had the best experience"
