  • Cette villa est située dans la zone de prestige de Maui entre le Ritz Carlton et Montage! La villa à deux niveaux est située au deuxième étage et donne sur le parcours Green de la baie de Kapalua, le 9ème green, avec vue sur l'océan, Molokai et les montagnes de l'ouest de Maui. De la véranda, regarder les golfeurs du tee au green tout en profitant de la vue imprenable sur l'océan et les environs de West Maui Mountains dans le même temps. Vous avez le choix de l'une des 4 plages! Kapalua Bay Beach a la meilleure plongée en apnée, Napili Bay Beach est une piscine et bodyboard magnifique plage pour les enfants, Oneloa Beach est une plage isolée, et DT Fleming est une grande plage familiale juste en bas de la passerelle du Ritz Carlton.     Cette 1.250 pieds carrés spacieux condo a de nouveaux meubles et votre propre lave-linge / sèche-linge. La chambre dispose d'un lit king-size et il y a un canapé confortable canapé-lit dans le salon. La cuisine est équipée avec micro-ondes, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur. Toutes les fournitures de cuisine peuvent être utilisés à votre convenance. Il y a deux 32 'téléviseurs à écran plat, situés chacun dans le salon et la chambre. Les deux téléviseurs sont équipés d'un service HD et DVR. Vous aurez votre propre espace de stationnement désigné. Il y a des escaliers menant à l'appartement depuis le parking.

    Le complexe Kapalua Ridge dispose de deux piscines bien entretenues avec deux grilles de barbecue à gaz sur chaque site de la piscine. Great location and amenities

Overall a very nice stay with families. Love the location and surrounding amenities! Some interior upgrades, like hard flooring, would make this vacation rental perfect!

The Ridge in Kapalua is absolutely amazing area to stay at. The condo is well supplied , clean and comfortable, (feels like you’re at home). Very accessible to nearby beaches, restaurant's and other amenities.

Pleasant surprise

The townhouse is located conveniently within a nice short walk to the pool and beach. It's also in a safe, clean, quiet and upscale area of town. Definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Wonderful

I usually stay on the south side of Maui, Kihei or Wailea area. Decided to stay on the west side this trip. We have never stayed in Kapalua; what a wonderful location! Multiple ocean views from the lanai downstairs and upstairs, and the kitchen is stocked with all appliances, dishes and cookware that you could ever need.

Good stay with some hiccups

This place was super comfy for what we needed! The king size bed was lovely, they had extra beach umbrellas and chairs to use, and a fully stocked kitchen. The only things I would recommend to the owner is to create TV instructions (we couldn’t turn on the upstairs TV - remote seemed missing), a once more vacuum before guests arrive (there were ~20 dead flies around the windows when we checked in), and it would be nice to have AC on before guests arrive as well. Once we were settled, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Overall we had a very nice stay. The only issue I had was going up the stairs to the second story. Not their fault, I had back surgery 4 weeks prior to our stay. Was good exercise!

Paradise in Kapalua

Our first reaction to Tatiana’s condo was WOW ! It was so much nicer than the posted pictures. Furniture and decor was top notch. Maybe the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. Views from everywhere including shower. The condos location is great for active people. Beautiful morning walks to nearby hikes. Love the Honolua Store ! The only negative would be getting the code 5 hrs before check in. I understand protecting current renters from giving out the code too early but prior communication on how the check in process would proceed would have eliminated any stress it created. We definitely will stay at Tatiana’s condo in the future. Loved it ❤️ Duane and Jeannie

Great place with steps

Great place if you don't have an issue with steps. At the age of 75 I considered myself fortunate to still be able to climb the steps to the location. With the breeze, we never felt the need to use air conditioning. A very comfortable place to stay. Our challenge came in getting the code to get in the property. In previous VRBO locations we received necessary codes a week in advance. This time it was four hours. I requested it be sent by text, but it was sent by an email which was a challenge while in route. Finally, upon arrival the code did not work and we had to call the host. (The code reader needed new batteries.) If we were comfortable that we could get in the property, then we would stay there again.

Great condo, perfect location

We just returned from Hawaii, We sure wanted to stay much longer. This condo was great! We absolutely loved it and would rent it again. The location is great. It’s a bit farther to drive from Kaanapali but it’s in such an amazing area, with excellent beaches nearby. The best snorkeling beaches in Maui are right here. This is the second time staying in Kapalua and we enjoy how much quieter it is. The condo was clean and well maintained. The king-sized bed was so comfy we are now dissatisfied with our own bed. The only concern we had is not an issue with the condo, but with our own needs. There is no door to the upstairs where the master bath and bedroom suite are so when our boys wanted to come upstairs where we were keeping their clothes, they needed to announce themselves. They did have their own shower in the downstairs bathroom which was nice. It’s also worth noting that there are a lot of stairs to the condo and inside the condo. Not a problem for us but maybe for others?

Excellent stay!

We love staying at Kapalua Ridge and this property was great. It had everything we needed from kitchen basics to beach gear. The location is close to nice beaches but far from the crowds. Thanks for a helping us have a wonderful time in Maui!

Beautifully Situated

This was our second time staying at the Kapalua Ridge Condominiums- what we particularly love about this area is how beautifully situated each space is. We loved the views we got to experience from this condo! Waking up each Morning to a beautiful view of the trees on the golf course was so special! The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed to eat meals and even had a portable cooler -which we too to the beach! Lovely grounds and property all together! Oh, and did I mention there are beautiful peekaboo views of the ocean from a few places in the condo? I won’t spoil the surprise but it was so lovely! We truly enjoyed our time and the host made it very easy to reach out - the communication was timely and always friendly! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location to Kapalua Golf

The location is great if you plan to play golf at Kapalua Plantation course. It is about 5 minutes drive to The Plantation golf course. One thing to note here is that the unit backs one of The Bay golf course fairways. You will be awaken by the golf course maintenance lawn mowing activities in the early hours in the mornings around 6 am. Since this was my Maui golf getaway, I got up early to play morning golf and then had the whole afternoon to relax at the nearby beaches (Kapalua Bay Beach, Fleming Beach, Oneloa Beach and Slaughterhouse Beach).

Paradise!

This is our third trip to Kapalua and our first time staying at this property. We will be returning to the same spot. The unit was clean and so quite :-) . It also had amazing views from every window. We loved everything about it.

Very nice stay!

The property is spacious, clean and well maintained. It is located in a neat resort facing beautiful Kapalua Bay. The early morning stroll along coastal trail was fantastic. Tatiana, the host, is friendly and helpful.

A gem of a place

My second stay at this condo this year. The location and setting offer easy access to beaches, restaurants and nearby resorts. It is quiet with lovely views and landscaping. Watch golfers right outside the unit. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are updated. I look forward to returning.

Fairway view

Lovely one bedroom unit with a great fairway view, terrific furnishings and all the necessities. The Ridge is a great property in a wonderful spot on the northwest side of Maui.

Love the Ridge

A charming, comfortable, nicely equipped condo close to lovely beaches, and good restaurants. A lovely pool and very well-kept grounds. We liked the upstairs bedroom with sunset views and the bath/shower combo!!!! Would stay here again.
