« My husband and I stayed in this unit for a week. Playing the Plantation Golf Course has been on his bucket list for a long time. I don’t play golf so we needed a place we’d both enjoy. The area is beautiful and relaxing. While he golfed I lounged on the huge lanai or at one of the many private pools. There’s so much to do that’s walking distance. « Everything about our stay at this property was perfect. The view is better than the photos and the unit is super well equipped everything is brand new and felt luxurious. There are beach chairs, coolers and toys so no need to buy or bring anything. « We wanted quiet and peaceful and that's what we got. We weren't expecting a 5-star unit but overall felt the unit was just "OK". The master bed is incredibly soft, so soft and mushy that it took considerable effort to change positions. Also, the A/C was designed to not go below the low 70s so if you run warm, something to be aware of. A few lights were out in the kitchen, one in the ceiling and one that illuminated the cooktop. « Very easy check in process, good directions to property from airport. Tv in master bedroom never worked for duration of the stay, tv in lounge worked well. Sliding door latch to lanai from master did not work and could not be used for duration of the stay. Maintenance person did come to fix it, but was unable to fix it, as it required a different locking system which he did not have. Washer in second bathroom could be used, but leaked water all the time, forcing us to put towels on the floor to...

« I loved the colors of the condo. It would be nice if check out was a little later. They were pretty inflexible about that. We had to fix ice machine because it hadn’t been maintained. Beach chairs and umbrellas were nice, but access to cushions for uncomfortable outside chairs would be nice too. Had to replace several light bulbs. Lots of soaps available, but more shower gel would be nice. Overall place is awesome, but just a little tweaking on maintenance would make it perfect! »

« We are trying to get a refund of our rental fees. This rental property was infested with Cockroaches, and we were ordered to evacuate the Island due to the Lahaina fires. The property management company has not been good about getting back to us on this matter. »

« We decided to take our 17 and 19 year olds with us to Maui. The Kapalua area is beautiful and this condo is well worth it. You just won’t believe how incredible the views are from your bedrooms and back patio. Only complaint was the weather. Parrish Maui did an excellent job communicating and presented the condo with all of the luxuries of home. They even gave us coffee and a pineapple. « Easy communication, clean , nice space. Appreciated that I could check in a bit earlier and do the pre checkin . I didnt like the busy-ness of the street and recommend staying on the beachside part of hotel for a longer stay but this worked out well for the one night i needed. »
