« There was major construction going on, we didn’t have water all day one day and scattered times through out the other days, roaches everywhere, and parking was a pain!! We were not told anything about construction until we showed up and saw it and the day we arrived I started getting emails on all other stuff! »

« -Microwave doesn’t work-Nothing to put the food in the oven-Mold on the walls -Constant humidity, not clean, dust webs-Expired food in the pantry fridge-Ants in the appartment-No communication from the owner-No codes are updated (can’t have access to the gate and the pools)-AC full of dust didn’t want to activate it »

« This was a great condo for my family to stay in. We were walking distance from the beach and from the Ritz Carlton, where we could eat at their restaurants. It was nice having laundry facilities. There were also beach chairs and towels we could use. The pool was nice and warm »

« The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. « My stay was short, but sweet. The place was perfect for one person and though I don't spend much time inside or use many of the facilities, I'm sure everything was there that's needed. It's a short walk to a couple different dining options and beaches. Very nice, quiet location. »
