I stayed here last night and really enjoyed the experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot for relaxing and getting away from the busy city. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

It is lovely spacious room, good for family washer dryer is very useful
Cutlery could be renewed
We have to ask for kettle No microwave nor toaster
Difficult to have toast in the morning or other food to be heated
We have 8 visitors but we were given only 2 bath towel so we have to ask again and again
Conditions of rooms were a bit dated
If they can do facelift it could fetch much more in fees because the room has stunning view of towers
Sky deck is the best
With the price we paid we are happy

Clean and nice rooms but there is no lobby or check in desk, everything is digital. If u want something u have to what’s app them. Second bedroom is v small. Water heater switch is in the living area and we didn’t know so we showered with cold water the first day. There was no handsoap in the bathroom which they gave us later. Overall a good stay but little far from main Genting area and activities. U have to either walk 10 min ( uphill) or take a grab which takes min 10-15 min to arrive.

The hotel is near shopping mall Plenty of places to eat and shop Walking distance to the twin towers Breakfast is superb, so many choices of cuisine from malay, indian and chinese. All delicious! I will stay here again next vacation.

Wonderful stay as usual. Spa is still the highlight of my stay. All staff very attentive and respectful. May need to tweak the rooms a bit as I found some loose wall sockets in my room.
