"We stayed at Portou House for 5 nights and had an excellent time. Very good location in Chania Old Town. Communication was great from start to finish with Julia being very responsive. We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine for my Partner’s birthday which was a nice touch. The only feedback we would have is that there was no full length mirror - think it would be good to consider including in the rooms. Many thanks Julia and team at Portou House. "

"This was the perfect place for our family of 5. The apartment was clean and spacious. Each room had a split type AC, the temperature could be adjusted to our liking. Han hjälpte oss också med tips och förslag på saker att göra på ön. Han är mycket serviceinriktad! Vi bodde i lägenhet 3 (nyrenoverad) och hade balkong med viss havsutsikt. Mycket bra skick på lägenheten och städning varannan/var tredje dag. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade jättebra. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka! "

"Lovely old building, recently renovated right in the heart of the old town. This means transporting luggage a distance from the car but good communication re parking nearby. Inside the property, the duplex we were staying in meant climbing quite a lot of stairs with suitcases, although they did offer to help.
