« We really enjoyed our stay at this cute and cozy casita in Flagstaff. The owners were very helpful and made us feel welcome. Since we need to prepare our own meals when we travel, having a kitchen was important to us, and it worked well for our needs. The bed was very comfortable, the casita was quiet, and there were plenty of towels and washcloths provided. We also really appreciated being able to bring our little dog. « Pet area wasn't fully fenced. Front steps need to be fixed so that they are level and a railing needs to be added. The remodeling inside is very pretty but outside front and back are not very easy to navigate for someone older or unsteady on their feet. »

« The host was nice and the house was lovely but there was an issue with condensation on the skylights. When the heat was on in the house (set to 64 degrees) and it got cold at night the freezing water would collect on the inside of the skylight and drip on our faces and backs all night. When we contacted the owner thinking it was a leak we were told it was condensation and to move the master bed to resolve the situation. This felt like an unreasonable request. »

« Great neighborhood, the cabin was very clean and well stocked. Just as described. The only negative was the neighbors dogs. The neighbors dogs make going in the backyard nearly impossible. You will not be able to sit out there and enjoy the cooler weather without aggressive barking. If any other neighbors are out and your windows are open, you’ll only hear the dogs barking at them. They bark continuously for about 15minutes before some lady yells from inside their house to “shut up”. Eventually...

« We had great communication as we approached our stay. We were very confident the check-in process would be easy and it was. The only issue was the weather and the host suddenly changed the thermostat setting from cool to heat for us since the temperature got down to 58 overnight.It’s a beautiful home in the woods at about 6800 foot elevation. There is plenty of room for up to five cars in the parking area. The kitchen is well done and easy to use. It was a rainy weekend so we didn’t get to use...
