The rooftop bath was really welcome after a long journey to Japan. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight - especially the soup curry bar. We had three people so paying for a slightly larger room and a higher floor was worth the small upcharge. They tried their best to accommodate with talking into their tablet for translation, but not the same as speaking to a person directly. All the utensil and cutlery in the kitchen are in very good condition. The beds are quite comfortable. There is only one thing I was not satisfied is there is no blackout curtains. Only blinds that block view but not light were installed. The sun rises near 4am in summer.
