Holiday cottage located in Sologne, accessible via the A71 motorway, Olivet exit, near the Loire Valley (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the towns of Orléans (a City of Art and History), Beaugency, Meung-sur-Loire, and the Royal Basilica of Notre Dame de Cléry... Numerous activities nearby, including hiking, horseback riding, cycling, golf, hot air ballooning, and the Parc Floral (floral park)... Easy access to the royal castles of Chambord and Blois, and other exceptional sites, the Briare Canal, and Beauval Zoo.

Traditional house situated in a large courtyard, near the owner's residence. The house is entirely on the ground floor (only two steps to enter). It features a large living room with a lounge area (TV), a dining area, and an open-plan fitted kitchen, as well as a separate utility room (washing machine).

For sleeping, you will have two separate bedrooms (one with two single beds, 90x190cm, and the other with two single beds, 90x200cm), a shower room (shower, sink, bidet), and a separate toilet.

Entry to the property is through a gate with a shared courtyard at the front, shared with the owners. There is an open carport for one car. At the rear, you have a private, enclosed garden with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy sunny days outdoors.
