Marvel at the beautiful desert sky as you stargaze in the backyard, lounge around the fire pit, and enjoy being less than 5 minutes from Joshua Tree’s hottest spots!



The Space:

This is desert chic living is at it's finest! Sunset Springs is a recently updated home with every feature intentionally chosen to provide you with the perfect desert retreat! It features a private, fully fenced yard; an updated kitchen and an open floor plan just to name a few! You will love all of the natural light that pours in from the large window in the living room!



The retro inspired kitchen features waterfall quartz counter tops and sleek cabinetry. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and an over-sized sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up your favorite meal!



We hope you’ll enjoy the colorful décor in our carefully curated bedrooms, featuring comfortable memory foam beds, large closets, and artwork inspired by the beautiful surrounding desert. Both of the bedrooms are spacious and share a thoughtfully designed bathroom. White subway tile adorns the walk-in shower and the vanity features extra room for your belongings. Basic essential toiletries are provided for your comfort!



The backyard is your oasis! Let your pets roam around in the fully fenced yard while you play horseshoes or stargaze around the fire pit. The backyard is perfect for uninterrupted stargazing!

The Neighborhood:

Sunset Springs is located in a quiet neighborhood only 10 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park. There is minimal light pollution allowing for optimal star viewing. Joshua Tree is home to artists, hiking/biking trails, beautiful Joshua Trees and desert landscaping, making this a stunning location for your getaway.



Getting Around:

It's best to get around by car. Rideshare options are few and far between and shouldn't be counted on for your trip.

AMENITIES:

We provide essential toiletries: towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, body wash. As well as kitchen essentials: coffee, salt & pepper, condiments, cooking spray, paper towels, dishwasher soap, even pet treats and a pet bed!



ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



PARKING:

There is a private driveway for up to 2 cars to park and additional street parking available in front of the house.



THE DRIVE:

Super simple, flat and safe road to get to the house!



COOLING/HEATING:

The house has a new evaporative cooler and wall heater unit. The home cools down and heats up quickly.



INTERNET:

The house has reliable high speed internet (200+mbps) throughout the entire space.

You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV



OUTDOOR SPACE:

Fire pit, lounge chairs, & horseshoes available for you to enjoy! ***Please note that the outside chairs have been updated and are now Adirondack style chairs.



BEDROOMS:

There are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds. There is a memory foam floor mattress as well, which can comfortably fit two people. Total accommodations can sleep 6 guests.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dual coffee maker (full pot and single serve options), dishwasher, and basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Silverware/Utensils/Spices/Oil/Coffee



SECURITY:

A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.



PET FRIENDLY:

This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional, non-refundable charge of $50 per pet. This helps us ensure we can properly clean the home for future guests who may have allergies. Please disclose if you will be bringing your furry friends with you. Once you book we will request the additional pet fee from you. If we discover that there is an undisclosed pet in the home, you will be charged an additional fee.

***Please note that the living room chairs as well as the chairs in the backyard have been updated. They are still just as cute and comfy as the originals :)
