« We stayed here for a night and while the location and check-in process were convenient, there were several areas that fell short of expectations.
The room itself showed signs of wear, and the sleeper sofa mattress was visibly worn and didn’t appear clean, making it uncomfortable and not ideal for use, especially traveling with kids.

We reserved a non-smoking king room, but the front desk said none of the king rooms were available due to maintenance issues. The room we were assigned had numerous maintenance issues.
