"So the young lady who did my check in was very helpful and nice and she took care of that very fast when I got to the room the room was in good shape except for in the bathroom there was hair in the tub and the faucet was old and loose. Now as far as the valet parking it is terrible they don't have enough staff they need to hire more staff you know when people are checking out at 11:00 in the morning and you don't have two people there to get all these people's Vehicles out of the parking deck that is unsatisfactory shouldn't have to be standing there waiting 15 and 20 minutes for somebody to come along and go get my car if that's the case I need to be refunded my $55 that I spent for the option the luxury to have my car brought up from the parking deck anytime I want it."

"Loved the hotel! The little market downstairs was super convenient and the fitness center was equipped with so many great machines. The only con to this hotel were the elevators. We had to wait for one just to get to our room during certain hours of the day. On checkout day all elevators were jammed packed with people trying to get downstairs."
