"Tracy’s recommendations for things to do and directions about getting on and off the beach were great! (Definitely follow his guidance vs google maps which takes you over a more challenging dune). The house was amazing and fit our group of 14 phenomenally. The kitchen is well equipped for just about anything you may need. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and cinema. The pool can get pretty sandy with the wind, but Tracy is very responsive if needed! Remember toiletries! We had kiddos with us and didn’t pack any so it made for an awkward first hour while some of them patiently waited for the Food Lion run before using the bathroom. Lots of sand toys and a few boogie boards which helped entertain everyone without having to lug things in. The horses love the backyard. We had rain the first couple of days and didn’t see any, but by the end the horses were in the yard several times a day. They can be curious so remember the 50 ft rule. The ability to disconnect and enjoy the simple things was unlike any other vacation we’ve taken. Even my teenagers were boogie boarding and flying kites. We spent hours on the beach with no one else within 1000ft of us! Highly recommend!"

"Nice, big house with plenty of room with 10 of us. Great location with easy access with a Suburban. AWD equinox also made it at low tide. Private walkway to the beach with deck near the beach. Great ocean views from the house. Saw horses near the house every day. Fridge in both kitchen and lower level was nice. Outdoor shower was convenient as well, but did leak the entire stay. We did unfortunately have lots of minor issues, but nothing major and the host quickly responded. Pool water was very low and sandy, but it was cold during most of our stay anyway so we used the hot tub more. Shower in the downstairs bathroom didnt work at all and the master toilet was leaking to the point that we didnt want to use it, but there are plenty of bathrooms, including a half bath right next to the master bedroom, so it didn't matter much. The burners on the stove are broken and run VERY hot even on lowest temperature. We adjusted to it, but you can tell it's taking its toll on the pots and pans. The water pressure on the top floor gets very bad if people are using it in the other bathrooms and the water leaves stains on everything and sometimes has noticeable sediment, but we were told they just put in a new well, so maybe it's just a temporary issue. We also had intermittent wifi issues with some of our devices and TVs, but host was able to help. Even with all these minor things, it was a great stay and I would probably book again. Thanks for sharing this beautiful location!"

"We could see and hear the ocean from the house. The location was fantastic. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook for the week. The only thing that I would say was not great was the water pressure but I am certain that is due to the location of the house. The house is very family friendly and has lots of space. We would highly recommend it. We saw wild horses in the front yard and very close to the house. Very special place. The beach was a VERY short walk and was absolutely beautiful. The house was also stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. I can’t say enough good things about it. "

"The sulfer smell from the water was so bad my family became physically ill (headache, dizzy, nausea), and had to check out of the property early after just a few days. I own a property on a well and have stayed at several others, and i have never experienced anything like that.Im sure that can be fixed by treating the water, but its also pretty disappointing the owner did not offer any kind of consideration for us having to leave our vacation early. We have rented on vrbo many times and never had an experience like this."

"We had a wonderful time here with our teens and dog. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook and make dinners most nights. It was perfect weather and we saw wild horses a couple of times while we were here. We loved taking sunset walks. Melina was communicative and helpful and the check-in and out was easy. "
