"On our last day, we had our luggage on the rolling cart waiting for the elevator. We waited for at least 3-4 minutes and when it finally opened, the maid was there with her whole cart of stuff. She didn’t get off at our floor so we had to wait again. Once it finally came back, the same maid was there again, just looking at her phone. Was she just riding the elevator and avoiding doing her job? We ended up going down the long hall to get another elevator. Not sure if I’ll get this hotel again."

"My stay was short but awesome!!! The front desk staff, the rooms were clean and nice, and proximity to the local restaurants were awesome as the Emory college campus was beautiful."

"The property and the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The property could use some paint inside and out. The wall paper has a lot of black and so do the doors. I stayed there 9 months ago and it was pretty much the same.The loveseat in the room had a lot of black spots on it as well"

"We stayed during Shaky Knees music festival so the hotel was fully booked. The staff did an amazing job of handling all the people and requests over the weekend. The staff in the lobby bar were super friendly and the proximity to various bars/restaurants was a big plus. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Despite the hotel being remodeled, the rooms are very well maintained and clean. My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin. I could hear all the noise coming from the halls in addition to every time someone closed their hotel door is slams very loud. It woke me up early single morning."

"The expectation was a 1, the privacy was romantic and needed for a couple with little to no time alone due to kids, job schedule, physically disabled personal care giving. If your planning to stay here, plan ahead for as much time you can comfortably afford, we will be planning our next stay for three to 5 days."
