"Good location; Very expensive"

"Stayed for 6 nights as a solo female traveller. No noise issues at all, even during the weekend of French Quarter Fest. The property is a little run down and could use some updating. The best was very firm with no pillow top. The tub needed updating and the water pressure wasn’t great. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. It cooled easily. The large fans were a great help."

"Rooms are small, no closet or place to hang clothes, but that was ok, given the age of the building that is to be expected. Valet parking staff at night was rude. The biggest issue for me however, was there was fraudulent activity from the hotel on my credit card. They charged over $3,500.00 to my credit card several times, after trying to deposit a different amount to my credit card. This caused me to spend hours of my vacation on the phone with my credit card company. This issue (which was entirely caused by the hotel) was very poorly handled by staff. I was made to feel like it was my fault, and that I was trying to keep their funds. If you go to this beautiful historic hotel, proceed with caution!"

"The hidden fees when I checked out, be upfront your standards have been lowered. The fees added when I checked out was after I ask, do we owe anything, B.O. staff replied $0. Then billled me $117, that afternoon. The Bourbon Orleans hotel has lowered there status."
