"The breakfast is terrible. The dining hall is like a motel 6. The food is served like cafeteria style and prepared out of a closet. I honestly think it’s all microwaved. They had some omelettes which consisted of half a slice of cheese in the middle. It was disgusting. All of the juice is watered down and so is the syrup. I don’t even know what kind of liquid that is coming out of their coffee machine, but it is not coffee. The potatoes taste like freezer burn. The quantity of food that is put out is limited and she will straight up. Tell you that there’s no more. I even seen her tell a family that she didn’t have any more eggs which I thought was so crazy. Make sure you tell them you want housekeeping every day because they won’t clean your room on request. The pools in the weird spot it’s always in the shade. This should be called. Do it yourself hotel if you want clean linens you gotta exchange them at the front desk. If you want your room swept you gotta ask for the broom every thing you need, you have to ask for and then do it yourself. I told him there was a smell in my room and I think maybe it was the garbage disposal he almost really just handed over a gallon of Drano to me expecting me to pour some in my sink and I looked at him crazy like no, you need to come do that he had a problem with me, putting my garbage in the hallway and told me to put it in the broiler room and he really did show me where at."

"Kraft wishes their macaroni and cheese was as cheesy as this hotel. Low-end industrial feel, tired. Would drive to another city rather than stay here again. Poor value for money."

"The room was clean and comfortable, the area is nice and quiet. My only complaint is that the elliptical running machine pictured in the gym does not work. That is my machine of choice and I was looking forward to using it. It ought to either be functioning or removed from the pictures."

"This hotel needs a remodel. The lobby is remodeled and very nice and we felt safe because one can only enter the main lobby with their key card or calling the front desk. The halls have chipped paint, the furniture is losing its veneer, the shower misted the ceiling and water droplets collected there. The windows were not fully closed and difficult to close, we heard a lot of noise from outside. The bed had a sunken area in the middle. Breakfast was ok but the only fruit were apples and no peanut butter for the waffles/bagels. Overall would not stay here again. "

"We love staying here when we have doctors appointments in Roseville. Breakfast is awesome. Staff is great. Room is good size (we always reserve accessible king/sofabed room). The only issue is siren sounds from outside which we can't complain when it is located near Sutter Roseville hospital."
