"Brand new! So everything was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly! No hot water in my room so I was moved right away. (Ongoing issue, per other reviews). Highly recommend for the price!"

"Perfectly fine for what it is - an inexpensive dated relatively clean hotel 8 minutes from Asbury Park. No amenities and a bare bones continental breakfast (coffee, orange juice, and a few types of bagels), but the bed was comfortable and the hot water was copious. Didn’t love that when I came down for a second coffee a few minutes after 9 (breakfast is until 9:30) and it was out, the short curly haired girl working told me that she couldn’t make any more. Would still stay there again, because - despite the rough edges and general wear - it’s a bargain for the area. Note: we had a non smoking room, but, while clean, it smelled like someone had at the very least smoked on the balcony with the door open before us - so bring an air freshener."
