"The room was perfect for me . Very clean and comfy. Had a lil wet carpet smell , but overall I liked it . I didn’t like the loudness of the other guests rooms when they were closing their doors . They slammed it so hard it literally scared me out my sleep . I didn’t have any good there . Most of all I love love love how the front desk staff greeted me and checked me in . They were all super pleasant , friendly , courteous and helpful . I would stay there again "
"I’m a Brooklyn born native and now I live in NJ so it always feels good to come back home to where I’m originally from. My stay was pleasant only thing I don’t like is the destination fee combined with the deposit. "
"I loved the view and how spacious the room was, this was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at. Only issue I had was that the mini fridge was making a noise throughout the night and in the morning I noticed that there was a lot of condensation on the front of it from the inside. But a very very minor issue. I’m just a really light sleeper. Other than that, truly a perfect hotel and I will definitely be back."
"I really liked the breakfast offered by Wall & Water, and the rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times already and will return again."
Hilton Garden Inn NYC Financial Center/Manhattan Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is fantastic, conveniently located right across from the Staten Island Ferry and the Subway Line 1. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it stays quiet at night. It's also within walking distance of the Brooklyn Bridge and the 9/11 Museum. I was pleasantly surprised to find that housekeeping came in daily, as I had expected service every other day or only upon request."
