The receptionists were the most unfriendly people I have ever met.
House keeping is only available every 3 days.
If you need any room amenities like towels, toilet paper and soap, you have to wait in your room between 3pm-6pm and ask for the items you need.
All the electric outlets in the room are loose and my phone charger kept falling out.
I will never stay here again and will not recommend to anyone.

Great service from check in to checkout. Very short walk to the beach, shopping area, restaurants. Easy access to transportation stations. Highly recommended. Surely book again this hotel for another visit.

I stayed at Shilla Stay Guro for two nights, and the overall experience was excellent.
Location & Value: The hotel is right next to the subway station, making commuting effortless. For a reputable brand like Shilla, the price point offers incredible value for money.
Breakfast Buffet: Absolutely top-notch. The selection and food quality were so impressive that I didn't even need to eat lunch after having breakfast here.
Exceptional Staff: All staff members were very friendly and welcoming. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Annie, who truly made my stay memorable. She was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and always greeted me with a warm smile whenever we crossed paths.
The room was clean and comfortable, and I will definitely be staying here again on my future trips!
