The staff were also very helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist whenever situations came up. "Extremely clean, staff at front desk, cleaning crew and breakfast crew all very nice, helpful. We had two rooms, both were soundproof and we faced the street. Room very clean. Our air conditions worked wonderfully. Breakfast was tasty. Rooms cleans every day, two free bottles of water each day. Lots of TV channels too. Excellent location to the palaces, stream, steps away from Insa-Dong and other popular sights. Would definitely stay again (we stayed over a week). The Prima also has an Art Center which if you stay at hotel receive free admission. We saw some very interesting pottery collection. Worth seeing."
