"A nice older house being used as a vacation rental. It needs some updates. It does have a ductless air conditioner located in the living room next to a bedroom at one end of the house. Also, it has a smart TV but there is no cable or satellite. But it is a gorgeous place right next to the water and close to Grand Rapids. The shoreline is sandy and nice for swimming."

Two issues that need to be addressed are that it wasn’t clean. Every room had to be swept when I got there, floor needed moping but no mop. There was old moldy food in the fridge. "Beautiful property. I'm pretty sure the pictures were updated on the listing after we booked so we didn't know how good the dock was. Had I seen those pics I would have had a rental pontoon delivered to us which is readily available in the area. The 2nd bathroom is very strange as the walls don't go all the way to the ceiling and it is directly next to the kitchen. Did not feel private at all. Other than that, it was perfect and just what we needed for a weekend getaway. We would book it again...
