"The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. There is nothing extraordinary about this property. The pool is huge and refreshing but other than that there are no other amenities. Unfortunately the hotel is located on a major road and as mentioned in other reviews, it is quite noisy. The noise is quite jarring in the middle of the night. It also did not help.matters that we were located over the kitchen and had to deal with the clanking of dishes as well. We had an obstructed view of the beach as our room was blocked by another building. If you are assigned to room 200 ask for a different one. Luckily we spent very little time in the room. Overall our stay was adequate and served well as a base for our time spent in Jaco."

"The location is amazing. There is no better staff anywhere. I stay here every time I come to Jaco. I always have an amazing time. There are great beach restaurants walking distance from the hotel. What an awesome place!"

"Great location in south Jacó. Beach is very close and waves are great for surfing and boogie boarding. The unit has beach chairs, a boogie board, and a surf board. Covered secure parking. Many food options and a small market within walking distance. The condo is spacious and kitchen has everything you need. We appreciated the full size washer and dryer. Wish we were there longer. Highly recommend if you want a great beach and space to spread out with your family. "

"Our stay at the Joya del Pacifica, South Beach Paradise, was absolutely wonderful!!!Fabian was extremely helpful. Marta was a gem! Cali was excellent! The location is ideal and we enjoyed much time on the beach and in the ocean.The surfing lessons were the biggest hit... and right from the house! We'd love to come back "
