The positives: the house was cute and well decorated. The yard was mostly clean with a good size yard for my dog. The fence was secure in every side. The bathrooms were nice. It was walkable to the beach. Nice homes on either side so we felt safe. The primary mattress was very comfortable. There was a streaming tv in the living room that worked. Unfortunately there were some things that didn’t work well for us: there were a ton of cigarette butts left in the chair out back. There was only one small pit and one small sauce pot for cooking and only one small baking dish and no serving plates or bowls. There were also no steak knives. This left us challenged when cooking and we had to get creative. The chairs in the living room were pretty dingy. The front door was hard to open and auto locks - so make sure you have your code on you! The guest mattress’s are very hard-but that’s preference so some might find them comfortable. Dishes were left in the dishwasher So we had to put them away. There were only two extra blankets and not enough bath towels. There were no TVs in the guest rooms. Finally, we didn’t receive any checkout instructions. Séjour de 1 nuit en décembre 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Carrie Y. 31 juill. 2025 The kitchen was great! The beds are comfortable.( At least the one I was in by the kitchen.) Seems like a fairly safe neighborhood. We only stayed one night instead of two. Could use more towels . Has a nice little portch out back but bring your own hammock. We thought by looking at pictures they were already there but we didn't see any. Lots of places to eat and things to do within a 6 miles radius. Could definitley use better communication between host and guests. All in all it's a comfy cottage. And cute. ##### Carrie Y.
