This amazing oceanfront condo has a southern coastal charm with a relaxing atmosphere. This resort is in a securely gated complex on the desirable south end of Amelia Island in Summer Beach, located between the Ritz-Carlton Resort and the Omni Resort. The setting is in a lush coastal hammock forest with sand dunes directly on the beach. The developers purposely left much of the natural tree canopy intact to give a wonderful feeling of privacy and serenity, as well as preserve the beautiful habitat.

This romantic, luxurious getaway offers a relaxing and inviting ambiance. From the carefully selected decor to the magnificent unobstructed ocean views from every vantage point. You will feel your stress melt away.

The Private balcony is great for morning coffee and watching amazing sunrises or sipping refreshments in the evening as the sun goes down. From the second story, you have a perfect view of the occasional dolphin entertainment as they play along waves, as well as the natural wildlife throughout the dunes and beach.

Great amenities are included in this charming second-floor, one-bedroom retreat. A deluxe king-sized bed, luxury linens (sheets and towels), and new appliances including a full-sized washer and dryer. Also included is a fully equipped kitchen. Newly updated bathroom with a walk-in rain spa shower. For your convenience, we have provided two beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and a soft-sided cooler bag.

Other amenities are available at the Amelia Surf and Racquet Resort: Free parking directly in front of the building. There are 4 clay tennis courts, a boardwalk that brings you directly over the dunes onto the white sandy beaches, a shaded picnic area, and a bike rack located in the parking lot. Two large oceanfront pools to choose from with plenty of lounge chairs.

Other favorite things around the island you might want to explore are the amazing walking and biking trails, quaint shops and restaurants on the Historic Riverfront, award-winning golf courses, luxury day spas, and the many delightful eateries of all kinds.

We just cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was..we loved every single thing about it. Our host Cynthia was the most considerate person ever, the attention to details, the cleanliness was way above and beyond. We worried about NOTHING, she had already thought of it! ha. We truly look forward to returning. Maybe we need to keep it quiet so booking doesnt become full!! Again, 5 stars, truly the best of the best! thank you so much!!

Amazing Condo
This is by far the best VRBO we’ve stayed in! The bed was hands down the most comfortable bed (other than our own). The condo had anything and everything you’d need down to chip clips! Easy walk to the beach with a spacious pool area with bathrooms. The check in and check out process was super easy. I would highly recommend this Property if you’re visiting Amelia Island. We were here for a conference at the Ritz Carlton and it was an easy walk two doors down. Great location!

The hosts were very attentive & checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going ok. There were welcome snacks & condiments in the fridge - a very nice touch. The beach is so beautiful & steps away from the condo. You need a car to get around. Lots of fantastic restaurants on the island

The property is immaculate with stunning views & very easy access to the beach. The condo itself was incredibly clean with every amenity imaginable. The hosts were incredibly kind and even sent us a text mid vacation asking if we were enjoying ourselves and just checking in to make sure we were pleased with the property. Of the many properties we stayed throughout FL, this property is by far the best as are the hosts.

Anniversary Get Away
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the gorgeous Seaglass condo……the views of the ocean are spectacular and the condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. A slice of heaven!
This is our third stay at this wonderful unit and location. Cindy, the owner keeps the unit updated and spends so much time with the beautifully decorated unit to add to the experience. The views through palm trees just outside the huge picture window and side sliding door to the balcony to the pool and then the ocean. It is a second floor unit so we seldom use the elevator. It is so convenient and once you top the stairwell onto the second floor, the unit is right in front of you. Beach front and very short walk to the pool or beach. It is located in a gaited community in this complex that is next door to Ocean Pointe and the Ritz Carlton. The beach is uncrowded and a wide Florida beach! The owner is quick to respond to any questions. Check in and out can’t be made any easier anywhere. The Island is beautiful with so much to see and do and the food is wonderful with many great options. We have already booked another week for next summer in that same unit! Danny

Perfect Vacation Spot!!
My husband and I stayed at this cute little condo for our anniversary and it was the perfect place! The check-in process was super easy and it was no problem stopping at the office for a parking pass. Parking was also easy and we always found a spot near the condo even during the busy holiday weekend. The condo was very clean and had really nice decor. The owners did a great job making your feel welcome and at home during your stay. The pool was conveniently located nearby and the beach is beautiful! We also found wonderful paved bike trails and did a 25 miles ride! I love how close shopping and restaurants are but the place still feels quaint and beachy. To our surprise, we saw a beautiful fireworks show put on by the Ritz Carlton next door. My only complaint is that the bed was a bit stiff for our liking and we had to buy new pillows after getting a stiff neck after the first night. Other than that, it’s a great vacation spot and we’d love to come back! Thanks for a great stay!

Absolute PERFECT anniversary getaway!
If you’re curious about where to stay in Amelia Island, THIS is the place to choose! Everything about the unit was even better than pictured. Cindy was wonderful to communicate with, and had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful week. The views from the balcony were stunning at all times of the day, and the access to the beach was steps away. My husband and I love the surf and racquet club for its beach access and quiet, peaceful environment. We will absolutely be back and can’t wait to make more memories here!

Great place!
One of the best places we’ve stayed for a relaxing beach vacation. Seaglass has a lot of amenities that made me feel like I was at home, from make-up removal cloths to snacks, to a Bluetooth boombox! Plus the place was immaculate and did not smell stale, or like marijuana, which I have experienced at other rentals. And the view…spectacular! The beach you can walk for miles and in a beautiful natural setting without encroaching big ass hotels or condos. Love the area! One of our fave coastal vacation spots. Owner was very helpful with eating out ideas, Harris Teeters right down the road, historic downtown with restaurants and shopping…all good! Enjoyable week!

Perfect Post Tax Season Getaway
We stayed at the Seaglass for a few days and it was perfect for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable. There were snacks in a basket when we arrived - such a lovely touch. It was great to have beach chairs and an umbrella for our use so we didn’t have to bring those. It was just a short walk to the beach and the pool and we had a lovely view of both. The location was great - just a short drive to shopping and restaurants. Thanks so much to our hosts for the hospitality!
