A Guest Favorite! Atlantic Sunrise A – Listing for Three Bedroom Townhome The beach is your backyard! Located on South Fletcher, our home is a favorite among guests, leading to many repeat bookings. This townhome is perfect for family vacations. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We recently completed a thorough refresh with new flooring, paint, furniture, housewares, linens, towels, and mattresses. Our home is now better than ever! It features a balcony with beautiful views. The first level offers a queen bedroom and bath, a spacious great room, dining area, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The great room has comfy couches and a large SMART TV. Step outside to the oceanfront deck and patio. Set up your laptop and enjoy the free high-speed Wi-Fi. The big kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances. There are both standard and Keurig coffee makers. Harris Teeter and Walmart nearby provide everything you need for delicious family meals. Upstairs, there is a sunny main suite with an amazing ocean view and a king bed. The main bath has a large walk-in shower and a separate powder area. The second floor also includes another bedroom with two twin beds and a private bath. IMPORTANT NOTES License - City of Fernandina Beach - Resort Rental Dwelling License - License Number: RRDP-000379-2019 Rental Agreement - Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help. OwnerRez - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will receive communications through this platform. Damage Protection - Included with this rental; however, guests are responsible for damages exceeding the policy coverage. Beautiful view of the ocean and easy walk to the beach. Walking distance to couple restaurants. Comfortable beds. Clean. No complaints from my group of age 50 ladies. We Loved walking out to the beach from the house. House had everything we needed. Our dog loved long walks on the dog friendly beach. House is big enough for everyone. It is situated close to so many good restaurants. There was ample room for the 3 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities. Our room upstairs had another great view with seating outside of our room. Loved the seating area on the beachfront side. Thoroughly enjoyed the view and all the critters—Gopher and rabbits. The views were perfect and the walk over to the beach was nice. Extra bonus - there are lots of bunnies living in the dune in the backyard- super cute! The house was clean and had basically everything we needed . One suggestion - add dish towels, a kitchen sponge or two and some additional dishware and glasses. If I have one suggestion it would be to power wash the outside I know this was the off season but it was a little off putting and there was a good bit of junky chairs on the side of the property however overall it was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed ##### Jim T. Loved being on the beach. The views are gorgeous. The physical building needs to be maintained a bit more. I have rental property and I know it can be time consuming. Lots of damages that we feared we would charged for…wrote a text asking about this but never received a response. Location and access is great but not clean as all, only had one roll of toliet paper per bathroom. Beach chairs broken, blower dryer broken, dishes and pots and pans not clean. Showers were dirty. Plus we were asked to do the laundry and take out trash, not sure why they charge a cleaning fee as their cleaning people are not keeping up this property. ##### Susan L. The price does reflect the house. It's very outdated, could use a new paint job and some repairs. The couch with the sofa bed is literally falling a part, dishwasher did not work and please make sure you follow the rules and don't go on the deck out to the beach without shoes, it's dangerous. Some of the doors didn't lock to the bathroom. Overall the house was clean, kitchen is stocked with whatever you need to cook and I like that they had both bath and beach towels. ##### Lauren O.
