Whether you're here to catch up with family or unwind by the mountains, this modern one-bedroom hideaway puts you right where you want to be, surrounded by natural beauty with adventure at your doorstep.  
  
The Space:  
Welcome to your warm and stylish alpine loft—perfect for couples or small groups seeking a relaxing base with access to the Remarkables nearby!   
  
The open-plan design includes a cozy lounge with a smart TV and a comfortable sofa that also converts into a bed, making it a flexible space to unwind after a day of adventure.  
  
The sleeping area features a king-size bed that can be split into two singles, offering a versatile setup whether you're visiting as a couple or friends. The clean, modern bathroom is easily accessible and designed for comfort and functionality.  
  
The kitchen comes equipped with a stove, kettle, coffee maker, and rice cooker—ideal for preparing simple meals or warming up after time on the slopes. Thoughtfully styled with natural textures and warm tones, this loft has everything you need for a restful and memorable stay.  
  
Please note: There is no laundry access available at this property.  
  
BEDDING CONFIGURATION:  
Open-Plan Loft: 1 King Size Bed   
Lounge Area: 1 Sofa Bed  
\*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you'd like to arrange for the sofa bed. A $100 fee applies for changes made after check-in.  
  
Baby Accessories – A portacot, high chair, and baby bath can be provided upon request for a fee of $50\. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.  
  
Please note: There is on-going construction in the area due to the constantly growing neighbourhood, this should not affect your stay as the construction will not take place outside of work hours and the apartment is very well sound proofed.  
  
Guest Access:  
Please note, the apartment is located above a commercial establishment on the ground floor. For your convenience, entry is provided via a separate shared door at street level. Simply ascend a short flight of stairs, and you'll find the private entrance on the left. As this is a shared entrance, please be mindful of your neighbours.  
  
We will send various entrance details such as lockbox & key access 3 days before you arrive.

The neighbourhood surrounding this property is a serene and picturesque area, blending modern living with natural beauty. The neighbourhood is surrounded by open green spaces, ideal for outdoor activities such as golfing, hiking, skiing & snowboarding. With this minimalistic aesthetic, it is built for your comfort and style. Nature is never far away and enhances the peaceful ambiance of the neighbourhood.

Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM  
We ask if you have guests or externally hired staff at this location, that you strictly abide by the quiet hours so as to not disturb the neighbours.
