« Impression très négative. Bonne cuisine, et service soigné, mais hôtel non adapté à des voyageurs non japonais. Tous les informations sont en japonais, et il n'y a qu'une proportion minime du personnel que comprend correctement l'anglais. L'hôtel est présenté comme "sea side ressort" mais si on est pas golfeur japonais on ne voit pas la mer. Etablissement très décevant, vivant sur sa réputation passée, à éviter absolument. »

« 櫃檯服務人員很用心、貼心，會幫忙從飯店入口就搬行李到進房間解說、離開飯店時也會幫忙；另外也都可用英文來溝通。房間佈置蠻舒適、溫控也很合適，可惜馬桶蓋下有黃漬沒清洗乾淨，這點如果被別人看到應該是大扣分。晚餐、中餐份量都很適中，也都能吃到主廚精心製作的當地特產料理，餐廳內也都各自是獨立區隔的小包廂。地點附近有間超商、一間Lawson，走路可到松江遊步道，也可走到伊東車站。從房間落地窗就能看到海岸，地點非常不錯 »
