"This is a wonderful family run hotel, located in a quite residential area with free parking. The property is clean and tidy and with exceptional staff. It offers a beautiful and assortment of fresh baked goods for breakfast, the apple cake (torta di mele) was amazing. "The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all....

"This Bed & Breakfast was the best we’ve ever been to. The view was incredible, the infinity pool beautiful, and the room so clean and nicely appointed. We will definitely recommend to others. Getting to the property is a drive up a steep cliff but really with only one curve that is ok if you’re ready for it. I would recommend contacting the property to find out exactly how to get there and not just rely on GPS because you’ll lose service. But it’s absolutely worth it! "
