« This hotel was very clean but a little dated. It did appear that some upgrades were being made. The staff was very friendly! We were happy our little dog was welcome and there was a nice grassy area for her to explore. The complimentary breakfast was good and had lots of choices! The only thing that needs attention is the pool area. The pool itself had very clear/clean water and was very nice and relaxing, however the area around the pool was not clean. « Single female traveler, my door didn't have a deadbolt nor the flap lock! I didn't feel safe being a single traveler but since there was no one there when I was checking in, I thought I would be okay. Would not have stayed if other people would have been in the lobby when I was checking in due to feeling safe. My room was not clean. The shower didn't have soap or shampoo. « I chose Golden Inn because of all the excellent reviews and they were accurate. Nothing fancy, just a very clean, well maintained, old school motor inn. A very quiet and peaceful night. Super friendly and helpful owner. I believe the owner is the staff. »
