I especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and attention to detail, which made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The staff were exceptional throughout my visit, Friendly, professional, and always ready to help. One of the highlights of the stay was the hotel’s location. Situated in the vibrant Karaköy area, it was within easy walking distance of great restaurants, cafés, and key attractions. The Bosphorus was also very close by, which made it even more special to take in the beautiful views and enjoy the waterfront atmosphere. The hotel is generally fine. It's very central, everything is within walking distance, and you can easily reach most attractions. The only thing is that they don't have A/C just heating and the beds and pillows aren't very comfortable.

Perfect Istanbul Stay

We were sent to another building, but the accomodation was clean, had great air conditioning and perfect for an easy stay. Rooms were spacious and accommodating. Hotel is in a great location for sightseeing and most other spots were just a short tram ride away from Karakoy Tram Station.

Stayed for a week it has a great location for getting to the Old City and other activities. Staff were helpful and polite, room clean with daily room servicing. Breakfast was included and had a good choice of different food including some hot choice. Would stay again or recommend to others to use this good value hotel.
