"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"The apartment was very clean and right on the water. It was truly beautiful. When we booked this apartment was not available, but we stayed in another spot in the same property. It was just as nice, though I question if it was a little smaller. The manager of the apartment was very kind and very attentive. Gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. "After being shown to the apartment from the main entrance door I recommend you use the side door to leave and enter as it’s much more convenient. Communication very poor. The messages on the messaging service went unanswered, the WhatsApp number didn’t recognise my mobile so just passed me onto an email address. Email also went unanswered. All I wanted was the wifi password which was allegedly on the online ‘guest area’. There was little to no information on there. "

The second day of our stay there, I had a minor injury (which was my own fault), it wasn’t serious but I thought it still would be safer to go to the hospital since I will be traveling for a while. On our arrival, we were met with friendly hosts and a tour of Balestrate followed - which is a short walk from the property with an array of lovely eateries and watering holes.
