All rooms completely renovated by professional local interior decorator with all new furniture and furnishings. Villa has one bedroom and one bath with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and crisp white cabinetry. Dining table for four with two bar stools at the counter. The living room offers a Queen sleeper sofa, a large flat screen television with DVD and CD player. The foyer offers additional seating/sleeping with a comfortable day bed, as well as a wet bar w/ a small wine cooler and ice machine. The master, decorated in subdued blues and white, has a King bed, flat screen television, and direct access to the screen porch.

Off the master, shared with the hall, is a fully renovated bathroom. Enjoy a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, tile flooring, updated cabinetry, an adjustable vanity mirror, and hair dryer.

The Port O'Call complex offers access to the community pool and charcoal grill.

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas.
