« I arrived almost 2 hours after check in time and the room wasn’t ready. The room was very clean and the bed/pillows were the most comfortable I’ve had in a while! The staff was not friendly AT ALL! If the staff was more kind I would have rated this location a 5 stars. »

« Arrivée compliquée à cet hôtel: l'ordinateur de la réception ne fonctionnait pas et ma réservation ne pouvait donc pas être retrouvée. Carte de crédit pas acceptée, j'ai dû payer en espèces. Finalement, on m'a donné une chambre fumeur, avec des odeurs horribles de tabac froid. Environs dangereux. A éviter. »

« The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. Just really odd that no one thought to fix that, or to even check that all appliances were operational in the few months the hotel has been opened. We reported to the...

« Very gracious staff. Wonderful shuttle service from/to MOB all hours of the day—you just call the hotel. Quiet rooms. Great breakfast. »

« This place needs some major improvements. Smell in the room was awful, people partying in the pool late at night, room was clean, but facilities were very dirty. Ice machine was broken. I didn't feel secure at all. »
