We’ve never stayed in a rental that was as clean as Bee Haven - super impressed by my neat freak self! We were also able to enjoy evening walks with our dog on Ware Neck Road. "Beautifully restored interior. Air conditioning worked great. Quiet street but only steps to Main Street. Especially good for visiting residents at Riverside Sanders which is just a block away."

"We came to the area for our granddaughter’s graduation and it was only minutes from the high school. It was in close proximity to quite a few good restaurants and downtown Mathews! The host was quick to reply to any questions or comments that we had. If the opportunity presented itself, we would definitely stay here again!"

"We visit the area a lot to see family so I've stayed in quite a few rentals here. This is my first time at this property and I would stay again. Looks just like the listing. I appreciate the simple layout for our needs. 3 bedrooms meant we were comfortable at night. I thought the one king bed was pretty soft and the other firm; both comfy just think that's helpful to some to know. The living area and kitchen/dining space aren't huge but again you should know that from the pictures and it worked...

"Guest check in was very easy. Property owner was very responsive and offer information. The house was very beautiful and extremely comfortable. Had everything you need linen and kitchen wise. Enjoyed fishing and water activities with provided kayak, canoe and paddle boards. Cell service, internet and on demand TV were great. Private dock is a very short walk from the house. Will mention the path going down to the dock is a little bit of a down grade hill but very easy to walk. The dock is great...

"We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties, but this was one of the best. Unlike some other houses, this host has stocked many items for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Especially in the kitchen, there were numerous staples provided for those who forgot or were unprepared. Games and activities abound, both inside and out. The only frustration was with all the remotes to the TV. Never did figure out the Bose speakers so just used the TV speakers. But we rate this a 10-star home:-)."

"I went with my mother and my two teenagers. This cottage was absolutely beautiful inside and out. There was everything a person could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The views of the river were my favorite. We hope to return soon."
