"We are always a late check in as we leave work on a second shift, then drive 3 hours to visit family. We stay here because it's close to the mall. We always call so they know we're coming. No answer from the front desk person from 10pm to 3am. Called corporate and they said they would get there as soon as possible so my room doesn't get released. Was not at all happy with that. The rest of the stay was good. "

"Shower hand dirty hand prints on it in several areas. Breakfast too late for early travelers. Staff wonderful!"

"AC did not keep room cool. Room smelled musty, staff was very rude!!!! Charged a $100.00 Dep and it said nothing about it on their web site. "

"Carpet ripped and torn at the threshold. It was a handicapped room and I fear it was destroyed by wheelchairs constantly going over it. Otherwise, room was very nice, quiet and comfortable."

"The property was ideally situated for our daily travel to visit family. The room was clean and had the desired connections for internet use, as well as electfic outlets to support two CPAP machines and two cellphones. 👍"
