Private home in beautiful Northeast Washington

  • Lots of waterfalls in the area. Sullivan Lake and Pend Oreille River is good for boating, fishing, picnicking and hiking. Boundary Dam, Box Canyon Dam, Gardener Caves all a very easy drive to explore. Only 25 miles from the Candian border and 45 miles from the Idaho border. Seasonal Hunting is close by. Lots of wildlife to enjoy watching on the property. Snowmobiling during the winter and atv riding all year long. Walking distance to the store, library, post office, restaurant, pizza parlor and coffee shop.
