Waterfront lake home w/ fishing, boating, & water activities!

Come and stay in this waterfront, spacious house with open floor plan, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, screened in porch, sun room and open deck located on the Tsala Apopka chain of lakes. Includes private dock and boat house with electric hook up, 17' Bass boat for rent $100/day $275/3 days $475/wk, 18' Pontoon boat $125/day $325/3days $550/wk and Bikes for rent $20/day each or $65/each for total length of stay. We have 2 kayaks for your use with signed waiver right in your backyard. Our house is located 12 miles from Interstate 75 and the Florida turnpike in rural Inverness only 3.5 miles from historic downtown with grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and parks. (Liberty Park, Howard Wallace Park, Cooter Park, Whispering Pines Park, and Fort Cooper state park.) The Withlacoochee State Trail is a 46 mile paved rail-trail for walking and biking with access just 2.5 miles from the house.
This property is conveniently located approximately an hour and 15 minutes from Disney, Busch Gardens Tampa, Sea World, Aquatica, Universal, and both Tampa and Orlando International Airports.
If you are looking to just relax, stay at the house and enjoy fishing from the dock, kayaking, drinking coffee on the screen room porch watching the wildlife in the backyard, or grilling on the BBQ grill for dinner. There is also plenty of fishing if you bring your own boat, kayak or jet ski for the lake, nearby rivers and the Gulf of Mexico a short 20-25 miles away. There are also many public golf courses within a 30 minute drive to choose from.
There are a variety of chain and Mom & Pop restaurants, parks, museums and shops within 5 miles or just a short drive away you could visit some of our State Parks; Weeki Wachee, Homosassa Springs, Rainbow River, Hunter Springs, Three Sister Springs to name a few that are sure to please and show off our crystal clear springs and our Nature Coast, home of the Manatees and abundant wildlife to all who visit.
Come and enjoy relaxing or the many water activities such as kayaking, snorkeling clear waters, tubing, boating, fishing, scalloping or a day at Fort Island Beach.

Perfect Stay
We were very pleased with this home. It had everything we could possibly need for our week stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the boat dock had power already set up to recharge the boat batteries. The furniture was up to date and comfortable. We really enjoyed our week of fishing.

This property was just as advertised and the owners were very attentive and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised at the little touches like the throw blankets in the living room to the aluminum foil in the kitchen. House was clean, kayaks were great, and the wildlife did not disappoint. We would recommend this house to anyone planning on staying in the area!

Smile Space Studios new production in Floral City
Our company was filming a short movie in this town and most of the crew members live two hours away from the location. We desired to rent Monique & David beautiful home so our crew can have a peaceful place to crash down after a long day of hard work shorting the movie. Wonderful place to stay. The attention to detail is amazing.
We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely house right on the water with plenty of "toys" available; bass boat, kyaks, fishing poles, bicycles. There are two master bedrooms (bedrom with en suite) one with memory foam matress and one with conventional inner spring. The kitchen is well equipped; I had the right bowl, pan, or other equipment I needed for all the meals I prepared. There is a stash of board games for those rainy days. The living room had nice power reclining furniture and a flat screen TV. Cell phone reception was spotty, but there was a fast WiFi internet connection. The owner was available for any problems that came up. We would definately stays there again.

Wonderful! Everything was spotless, open, restful, and as good or better than advertised! Good communication with the owners and lovely evening sunsets over the lake while sitting on the dock fishing. Would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to our family and friends who come to the area.

Awesome property!
We have previously stayed at other properties but this one was by far the best! The hosts thought of just about every thing to make us feel at home and comfortable. The home was spotlessly clean and they made it so easy for us to know where everything was right down to labels on which switches turned on which lights. The furniture and beds were great and so comfy. We had the use of their fishing poles and kayaks which was so awesome. There is a very nice screened porch also which was nice. We were there for a Christmas trip and there weren’t a lot of warm days but we took advantage of the porch on the warmer days. The few minor issues we had were handled immediately. We will absolutely be staying here again and highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Monique & David!
