The bed was really comfortable, and after a long day of being out exploring, the bathtub was absolutely amazing. It was just what I needed! The little bar was so quaint and cozy, and the woman working behind the bar was so sweet and kind. She really added to the experience. The walls are a little thin, but honestly, that comes with staying in a beautiful old building, and I think the charm more than makes up for it. I think this would be a perfect little retreat for a couple or even a solo traveller. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!"

We had a horrible experience previously in Edinburgh so we were a bit concerned and we were more than happy and grateful for the wonderful place Heather and her family have provided. We felt valued as guests and were just so grateful we had two nights there. It is located close to the 3 restaurants and coffee house in inverkip and a short walk to a small grocery store. I highly recommend choosing the Foresters House to anyone considering a visit to Inverkip!"

"The room had basic furniture and the room was clean and was hovered every day with new towels. I was surprised one day my husband and I came back to find our pyjamas had been neatly folded and put on the bed. I missed having a hair dryer in the room and had to go out and buy a travel one. Most hotels and Premier Inns that my husband and I have stayed at supply a hairdryer. The breakfast was continental which we like. The mattress on the bed could have been a bit firmer but we managed. The staff were friendly. It was good value for money as our stay included breakfast. Also you could walk into town from the hotel."
