Room was spacious and clean. Location was good, right on the bus route. The bus system is amazing and included with the Guest Card. Drop off and pick up at the trail heads. We were lucky to stay during a promotion with a couple of local restaurants, which was a special treat. We loved having a deck with a table and chairs! Would definitely stay here again!

Room was fine bur there was a lack of electrical outlets in the kitchen, one outlet for microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Clean room, not very large. Bathroom door was hard to close, shower was very small. Location is nice, close to walking old town and it has an underground garage.

Stayed two nights. Great location near supermarket. Staff were helpful and let us store luggage at a nearby sister hotel. Didn’t need to pay the large deposit. Room was gorgeous with a balcony and decent pots, pans etc. Not everything was in mint condition but that’s to be expected. Would stay there again

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was great, just next to the main shopping / dining and near train station. Room was well equipped, bed were fairly comfortable. Parking was great-underground.

The room was spacious, had good location and the kitchen was great. Small but annoying things lowers the review though: The ventilation was none existent which was a problem in the heat and the road outside is surpassingly noisy making it hard to sleep with windows open. Apparently trash bags weren't replaced so if you run out it's your job to buy new ones. Same with some other things. We had some minor issues: The key was missing for one of the bathrooms, a leaking tap and a couple more things. None of this was addressed during our visit. Some of the beds were very hard while others were okay. ... So it is a great value hotel if the things above don't bother you but it's not a hotel without issues.

Overall a great accommodation, our apartment was spacious, and clean. The check-in was uncomplicated and quick. There is a wellness area with a sauna in the basement, which was very peaceful. One thing that was a little inconvenient for us was that the tv in the apartment was quite small and old so it wasnt possible to watch netflix or any of the like in the evenings.

great little community in the Austrian Alps outside Innsbruck. We went in April, so limited options of restaurants being open, but hotel was great. Lovely relaxation area with Sauna downstairs. As a North American, you need to be ok with complete nudity of local patrons in the sauna.

Great stay

Fantastic location right next to pedestrian zone and swimming pool. 10 mins walk to Gschwandtkopft ski lifts and ski bus to Roshutte outside apartments. Ski depot in basement. Apartment well appointed and reception very helpful and friendly. Check in is self service a very easy.
