The property is located on a small ski resort and as suggested by the host, it would be best to arrive during daylight hours. The drive up the hill is narrow at times and winding but manageable. « The property was in a decent spot however there were a few issues. Soap was listed as provided and it was not. When I reached out to the owner he stated it was a mistake in the listing. The windows did not have screens so when you opened them as it opened up to bugs and mosquitos. Owner stated screens were on order. Lastly, we were unaware that the plumbing can get very hot. I actually burned myself on the faucet in the shower. Just a heads up to visitors. The property was ok. »

« The location is great. Only a few minutes to the center. 10 min walk To the station. There is a big parking just in front of the apartment (19pm- 8am free). Normal price is 2chf per hour. Very clean apartment. The host provided everything needed for cooking, even the oil and salt. Many restaurants around if you want to eat outside. Good communication during the whole stay. Thank you ! We will definitely come back. »

We found this to be an excellent base to explore the region as well as Brunnen, with swimming in the lake directly across the road. Know before you go: This property is listed as having air con on VRBO, it does not have aircon, it has a ceiling fan. Likely not an issue unless it’s very hot. Also the pet fee - I was not informed about this when I booked but this is an additional 100CHF. Again not an issue and I happily paid it...
