10/10 Excellent

"The staff was great, hotel great but ice machine was empty at 6am. However they gave us a small amount for our room ice bucket from their freezer which was nice and no coffee was available at 8:30 am. Friendly suggestions stronger coffee provided all day and make sure ice machine working especially on big event weekends. Associate Randy who was working 3p to 11p was awesome! He took the time to see if we needed assistance and was very cheerful. We had a great stay!"
