"Pleasant stay with everything we needed."

"I was only there for about 5-6 hours but was great for what I paid. My only complaint was that the luggage storage is under the bed and can be fairly loud if you are arriving super late and/or leaving super early like I was. I have stayed at others that had luggage storage separated a bit so not to disturb others. Oh and if you order a cold drink from the cafe next door it is worth getting light or no ice. I finished my drink before I had finished walking down the driveway"

"Loved being on the Wharf, but what made this hotel exceptional waa the service and the hospitality of the staff. I booked the hotel because it included breakfast, it was on the Wharf, and it had a rooftop pool. I enjoyed the pool but would have liked it to be deeper for actual swimming. The breakfast buffet was quite nice, but that’s not the main reason for my 5 star rating. It was the the willingness of the staff to accommodate our request for a room change after one night from a king bed to two queen beds. They even gave us a river view room for no additional charge. In general, everyone was so helpful, and always with a smile!"

From Josephine who checked us in at the front desk to our valet who helped us depart, all showed a professionalism that Omni has had since we first stayed here over 15 years ago. The pool is delightful, with food and beverage and very clean bathroom shower facilities "
