« When my daughter and I walked in the lobby we smelled marijuana. We got to our room and noticed that over the bay window area the plaster on the ceiling was coming down from obvious water damage. The carpet was stained. The ceiling was stained. The walls had chips out of them and stains on them. The bathroom tub was stained and disgusting. The ceiling had mold on it.
