"This hotel is going through a staged renovation. There was a good breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage bagels, bread and cold cereal. We enjoyed the breakfast. The room was not the cleanest but I have stayed in much worse. More than anything it just needs updating which is happening in stages. They are renovating about 40 rooms currently and the construction and renovation did not bother us. It wasn’t noisy or inconvenient. The pool area is closed for upgrades. My understanding is the property is under new ownership and they are catching up on some much needed updates. I loved the location, and the price was fair. Overall I was satisfied with our stay. "

"The overall stay was decent. We loved our room despite, our balcony ocean view not being that good we had a huge building roof blocking our view. The outdoor jacuzzi floor looked pretty dirty could use a cleaning. Also, the restaurants were all booked but when we were able to sit at the bar the waiter was not that nice and hardly offered us any of the vday specials as he did the guest next to us. Overall rate 3/5. "

"Very beautiful property, staff was incredibly helpful. Lots of things to do within walking distance. The room we stayed at did not have a microwave and the walls were pretty thin though"

"Cozy little place with everything you need. Has boogy boards, bicycles, kayak. Bicycles could use some repairs and maintenance Great location. Parking space provided. Coffee shops, restaurants around the corner. Enjoyed our stay."
